    New pic added 17 days post op – taken me age to get round to doing! Mastopexy / Augmentation (BA with uplift) with 350 cc low profile conical Pure® implants at Cadogan Clinic London with Mr Garrick Georgeu – cannot recommend them enough! Let me know what you think….

    Can I add you to have a look? I am hoping to have a mastopexy too with implants. Really not sure about the size. Would be good to see some before and after pics xxx
