Hey hun! Ur boobies are looking good! Im 17 days post op too just wondering did u take off your steri strips yourself? Or do u have to get the nurse to do it? Also where dis you get that sports bra! It looks very comfy! All mine hurt me! Xxx

Heyup hun, i had my steri strips removedby the nurse last thursday at 13 days post op! I would have had them removed at my 1 week check but the right incision hadn’t sealed properly so had to have new steri strips put on till day 13 then nurse removed them said it had healed and she was happy for me to go home and shower! Didnt u have yours removed at your 1 week check?? Sports bra is off ebay £2.50 and its seamless so feels amazing its so soft like silk, cant even tell im wearing anything i can hardly feel it! Xxx

Well i saw my nurse 1 week PO and she didnt take them off she just sed not to get them wet etc! But my next app is on the 20th so i guess they will take them off then! Did they have loads if them sports bras on ebay? If so can u pist the link! Or was it a one off? My sports bra is so tight i feel like i cant breathe! So does this mean ur aloud to jave a proper soak in the bath now? Xx

They have tons of them bra’s on in all diff colours! I’ll post u the link now & no cant soak in bath or use swimming baths but can have a proper full on shower – which is amazing! Xx

Hmmmm strange! Surprised your nurse didnt remove them on your 7 day check then! If their was anything wrong she would have surely asked u to go back a couple of days later – not a month later :-/

I’d ring and ask if u can shower now and remove steri strips! Its not very hygenic them been on for so long, the steri strips should be changed regularly! Maybe your nurse forgot to tell u that u could remove them??? Double check huni Xx
