New surgeon, new decision! 450cc Mod Plus Overs?!

Hello everyone!
I met with Dr Fuimara yesterday after having to change surgeons from Marcellino (date clash), and she had suggested quite a different approach from him and now I am confused!
Marcellino said 375 – 400 HP overs and Fuimara said that she wouldn’t go smaller than 450 mod plus overs and said that HP wouldn’t work with my measurements. (Marcellino didnt measure me as thoroughly as Fuimara and her manner made me more comfortable and at ease with her so I trust her judgement.)
However, when I tried on the sizers (in that horrible massive granny bra) I feel that they looked massive and it was very difficult to judge the shape of the boob.
I have done a search on the forum and can’t really find any shared pictures of 450cc mod plus overs and wondered if there was anyone out there that had had them and would be willing to share pictures with me? There are lots of HP girls out there and now I am potentially swapping to MP I would like to see some examples?

I’ve got 420 cc xhp partials, second BA , 3 years ago if you want to have an idea I’m a 32DD sometimes E but usually if you want to have a look. They were huge in he beginning but years later they settle and smaller, I’m a size 6 and they no one knows I have them unless I’m in a low cut or bikini so I would say that size sounds good !

@lucypugh hi lucy, do u mind me asking why u had mod plus instead of high profile? I had my consultation yesterday and thought I wanted mod plus but when actually seeing the implants they looked a lot flatter than the HP ?

@lucypugh they’re so nice!! They have deffo settled down nicely and look SO good! Lucky you, you must be so happy. I’m now super excited and can’t wait! I think I will go with 450cc (even though Fuimara said bigger) mod+ overs, as I don’t want massive boobs or for them to be too heavy!! I’m already thinking that none of my clothes will fit afterwards! Very expensive decision making!!! X

@allybongo thank you. I’m happy with them, they look really natural which is what I wanted. It is hard when different surgeons reccomended different things but go with your gut. Really think about the overall look you want. If you want the push up bra look go for Hp of you want natural go for mod. Both will look great! I still fit in all my old clothes with 375 and sometimes through clothes you can’t even tell I’ve had them done. I’ve not been measured yet so we’ll see what they next week when I get measured as to what size I’ve gone to.

I’m 2 days post op, I went with marcellino and got 450cc mod plus overs, I have attached before and after pictures.
They feel perfect size and I chose mod plus instead of high profile as they are meant to look more natural. X
