Newbie to BA Advice Please

I have been wanting a BA since I was 16 due to having small 34B asymmetric breasts. I am now 21 and think the time is right. I have been looking into payment options and I think I like the sound of the Piggy Bank. Has anyone had asymmetric breasts made even? And also how do you haggle the price? Thanks ladies.
