Niggling nerve pain!!!

I am 12 DPO today, I’ve had a perfect plain sailing ride but last two days I’ve had what I can only describe as nerve pain? It’s a throbbing in one of my breast, and comes and goes, it’s quite frustrating and if anything driving me bonkers. It’s almost like toothache!!
Any tips?
I thought I was doing to much but being it’s only in one breast this can’t be.

I haven’t had my op yet. But through friends who have recently had it done and from what I have read- nerve pain is normal as it’s youre nerve endings repairing themselves in your breast- they have had a traumatic time to say the least. So I wouldn’t worry it seems fairly normal. Just try and keep on top of all your meds and pain relief to keep it at bay. But if it gets really bad just give the nurse a call for some advice xx
