Nipple help! Too high and face outwards?

Hi, I’m booked in for a BA in May and have decided on 300CC, under the muscle, moderate plus implants.

However, I’m getting super worried about how my nipples will be after. My surgeon has said my nipples are higher than normal and also face outwards. He has said surgery can enhance the look of this so now I am really worried as I am already insecure about my nipple placement. I also have a gap between my breasts which I am worried about looking worse post-op.

Has anyone with boobs or nipples similar to mine had a BA? Please tell me that this hasn’t made you hate your boobs even more – I am freaking out if I am making the right choice! Ahhhh.

Hi Tilly, firstly your boobs are lovely and personally I don’t like it when nipples are directly in the middle and facing foreword as they look like eyes staring at you!! I had my BA yesterday 450 & 425cc and my boobs are really similar to yours tbh. You basically have bottoming out like I do which means your breast tissue is full on the bottom of the boob as opposed to full all over or at the top.

When you have the implant it will simply make your boobs larger but I think they will look lovely and natural and you will be able to push them together with a bra. If you’re under the muscle like I was that will naturally fill you out at the top as well. See my boobs before and in a few days I can show you my healed boobs 💓 don’t be worrying they’re gorgeous now and will be even more beautiful after xxx

Wow! Yours look amazing, you must be so happy. This has now made me feel so relieved. I am going under the muscle too so I’m hoping for a natural result 🥰. Please keep me updated on how they’re looking when more healed. Thank you! Xxx
