Nipple reduction

Hi girls just after any calming words of advice, I’m now 9 days post op and went for my plasters to be changed on wednesday and I completely freaked out at the state my nipples were in. So much blood bruising and swelling even though the nurse assured me they were healing well.

Can anybody give me any words of comfort for how long it takes for them to heal/ look better?
So happy with size and shape but feel like its going to be a long wait until my nipples are healed and I feel confident with them 🙁

Lots of blood vessels & pretty tender skin

Hopefully as the nurses have said it looks to be healing nicely then excellent & hopefully you’ll be getting normal soon x
