Nipples seem low implant high ! Help

So I had my 485cc breast augmentation on 15th under muscle .. in so much pain .. my breasts seem really high and hard at top and nipples seem really low down ! Is this normal

My nipples seem quite low too, im 18 days po. Our implants are still sitting high and hard at the moment though and still need to start dropping so I’m hoping once they do, there will be more fullness at the bottom and this will move the nipple up slightly x

Hi girls, I am having the same issue with my nipples ? I am 8dpo today & although I am happy with the fullness & size of my breasts I am disappointed with my nipples being low down. I had an uplift, reduction & implant so I was expecting then to be higher. How are yours now? xx

Mine were low at first… as the implant has dropped a bit they have got higher again 🙂 I would say after about 3/4 weeks they were higher again xx

Oh that’s reassuring Amy ? hopefully I’ll notice them getting higher in the next few weeks then. Fingers crossed xx
