Nips on fire :(

Hi girls,

The pain is really bad today and my nipples feel like they are on fire. I’ve got ice on them and taken my painkillers. Does any one know if I’m allowed to take ibuprofen for the swelling? I’ve tried to contact the nurse and text my PO but I haven’t head back from them.

I took ibuprofen instead of the painkillers, and i was fine lol x
