I am 7 weeks, still wearing sports bra all time, was a pain in beginning but use to it now. If it was me I wouldn’t, for me I would look at it like I would be asleep without a bra say 7 hours? Give or take. I would not dream to leave my bra off all day or for 7 hours during day and that would scare me not to do it at night either lol x
if you mean did you go out without a bra on before your 6 week check, then the answer is no i didn’t, you’ll spend the night worrying as you’re meant to be supported for the full 6 weeks for a reason hun. Adidas do low cut sports bras if that’s any use to you?xx
Never gone out without it and I’m 2 weeks post op …most I’ve done is take my bra off for 15minutes or so to let boobs breathe lol but on different days when the tightness and irritating got to me because I was advised by the clinic that that was okay as long as it wasn’t for too long or too regularly and the rest of the time kept it on always.
