No Contact !!!

I’ve been trying to speak to my PC for two days now!! Rang yesterday and was told she wasn’t in the office at the moment but would ring me back … never did!! So I rang back today, said that I had tried yesterday but didn’t get a call back, the girl said “It was her day off yesterday, I will get her to call you back today” !! Why wasn’t I told that yesterday ?? Oh and I still didn’t get a call back today !! Not happy !!!!

Which clinic is it?i had this trouble last week with Notts, I think they’re short staffed at the minute?

It’s Newcastle clinic Abbee. The only thing that’s making me keep my surgeon appointment is that I keep hearing really good things about Mr Traynor. I see him on Thursday so will let them know about the miscommunication then!!

I know some girls have had experiences such as this, I’m sure if you mention it to your PC after your surgeon appointment, and explain you want to go ahead but you’re concerned about the lack of contact then they’ll make more of an effort 🙂

My contact with mya has been ok. I was bombarded with texts emails phone calls for my initial appointments. Once I paid they were a bit more lax with communication then the week leading up to my op they were back in touch and afterwards they checked on me every couple of days to make sure im ok. Didn’t get any bombardment reminders about my first post op check but tbh I dont mind. Dr traynor is defo worth the wait. He has done a fab job on mine. He is very to the point which some people find bossy but id rather someone be straight with me than talk crap plus me and my fella had a laugh with him. Xxx

Mr Traynor is amazing and all the staff at Preston, I had my op yesterday. Sometimes it can be a little hard to get in touch but they always do get back to you even if it is a few days after. It’s such a busy clinic because they are in high demand and really worth it though 🙂 just give them another call or email Hun. They are all really understanding and nice at newcastle clinic just extremely busy xx

Well she redeemed herself by leaving me a voicemail at 8.30 last night and she has just rang me this morning .. Happy again!! Think what was bothering me was that I might lose the op date I had been offered but needed to check with work. So that’s deposit paid and booked in for 20th May all being well with Mr Traynor tomorrow. Amy and Sal if you have any tips or questions I should ask tomorrow I would be grateful xx Hope you don’t mind the add too xx

I didnt have any cos he answered all of them before I even got chance. He rhymed off everything I wanted to know. Miles more informative than another surgeon I saw at another company. Xxx

That’s good coz I’m sure I’ll go blank anyway ! Got a piece of paper in front of me now writing down all the good advice I’m getting form yourself and the other girls 🙂 xx

He literally will cover everything with you and if you have more questions after he doesn’t mind you going back to see him again. He’s lovely and so is Julie. Xx

That’s great, I defo think I picked the right surgeon. Yeah Julie is lovely, she is one of the reasons I chose mya over the other companies xx
