No MYA notes???

Hello, I keep seeing everywhere about MYA notes and that I need to take it on my op day but I haven’t been given anything at all from MYA the only thing they’ve given me is the things I’ve signed over email I’ve had no paper correspondence from them? Very confused

Have you had your pre op yet? That’s when I was given mine xx

Oh I was given loads of things to read in my mya folder, but not sure about notes either ?? Will have to have a look. Surely they have everything…. x

Didn’t take anything with me
Arrived and just said my name and that’s all they needed!! Hope this helps x

You don’t need anything with you Georgina. Take your ID just in case but all the papers you’re going to get on the day of your operation xx
