I had my BA around 2 yesterday was up and walking drinking, eating by 3:30 – I got let home and 5:30 and got home about 7:15… My mum came round and we had a huge pizza!!!! Then I fell asleep at 9:15 and Only just woke up now. Got up, went the loo now I’m back on my recliner… What’s strange is I have no pain whatsoever?? Not even twinges? Is this normal? – I took 1 cocodamol yesterday when I got in cause I wanted to be sure I wouldn’t be in pain if it suddenly come on me… But even now.. Do I need to expect it all to just hit me at once like tomorrow afternoon when it’s been 24 hours?? How I feel now I could go do it all again now! I’m just worried I need to expect all the pain to come at once!/
Thanks ladies!!!!! Xxxx
Congratulations! How time flies:) enjoy he no pain time:) I was off the painkillers by the day 3. You recover quicker with less drugs in your system
@megbony That’s great Megan, I’d say you’d be really lucky to get away with no pain at all especially if you had unders, just take it easy don’t get carried away doing stuff too soon and fingers crossed you’ll carry on pain free, I’d say for me the pain kicked in on the second and third days and gradually eased off over the first week but was quite uncomfortable for at least ten days but you are young so good luck x 🙂
Thank you!!! Yeah I was thinking that Tracey, I know there will be no way I’ll get away with no pain over the next few days, I was actually dreading it cause I’d rather have a little bit of pain that I can get under control then think I’m ok and it just hit me all at once lol. I had overs huni, I think because I’ve already had a daughter and I had a little bit of skin there I haven’t got the major tightness that other might feel, – thank you I’ll see how it goes! 🙂 xxxxx
My friend had over and was the same she had no pain whatsoever so it is possible! I had unders and I couldn’t move for pain the first few days. It knackers your chest muscles for a bit which is why it hurts so much. Overs they don’t touch them! Glad u are feeling so good hun xxx
The only thing that’s starting to hurt a little, well not hurt but be abit annoying is getting up off my recliner lol… Feel like someone’s pushing me back down lol! Probably spoke to soon haven’t i!! Ha xxxx
Aww glad you’re feeling good!! I’m currently in my room at Preston waiting 🙂 got my sexy gown and socks on!!
Just seen your inbox too! I’ve replied but it looks like it’s not sent!! Hate using this on my phone, they should make a Mya space app 🙂
That’s great news, I had mine done on Monday, little bit of pain yesterday, but none at all today just feel a little tender, happy healing 😀 xx
Hi hun I think with overs the pain is very minimal. It’s unders that leave u not bein able to move cos of the pain due to the muscle being stretched.
Happy healing and hope u love ur new boobies 🙂 x
Hi Megan, so glad things went well for you, I had mine with Mr Traynor yesterday too but a lot later 7pm, so didn’t get to say hi, my left one is quite sore but that’s the one that has the bigger implant. Keep going with the analgesia, I’m a Midwife by trade and the ladies who have C-section (completely different op I know but should be similar) do best when they keep on top of their pain relief if you do a lot on one day the next day is usually painful. I hope it keeps going well!! I love my new boobs so much already its so exciting isn’t it 🙂 x
I was fine the first day, day 2 was a little uncomfortable but i had to get a taxi,2 trains, a metro and a taxi home the next day, by day 3 my right boob was in agony, same again day 4, but i didnt feel a thing in my left, Ive not rested thought ive been hoovering and washing clothes etc…im now 6 days PO and feel fine but still on pain meds, only thing is i get a sharp pain under my armpit at the edge of the implant now and again xx
Hi there, I’m 9 days post op and not used any of the pain killers at all – just had the antibiotics. I would say I’ve a little sore, a bit itchy and uncomfortable but it’s been completely bearable, and seems to come and go. So make the most of it, we are very lucky! But I agree with the girls, do make sure you take it easy. It’s still a big procedure you’ve had so give your body time to heal.
