Not able to contact patient co ordinator ?

Does anyone else have problems getting in touch with their PC. Before I had booked the op I had loads of communication as soon as I’ve paid nothing. I had a text saying they might have to postpone it so phoned reception and got through to my PC and she said she’d phone me back I’ve heard nothing and have text and emailed and got no reply ?! My ops in less than 2 weeks and I need to know what’s going on it’s driving me mad but my PC was lovely so I don’t want to ring reception again and sound like I’m moaning

Have you tried emailing Hun? I had real trouble with getting in contact via phone but found I always got an email reply. Also if u call the main mya number the one you rang when u initially made your appointment the girls there are very helpful and can try and find any information u might need

I’ve had the same problem ….. I had claire first … she was brilliant then she went on maternity leave … now I have a girl called Naomi, never replies to my calls, waste of time having her, lucky enough I have claire on instagram so I just contact her if I have any issues.
Keep trying, it’s ok if you think they might think your moaning, you pay a lot of money so deserve the care you need. Xxx

I’ve emailed as well as text and call and never get a response it’s so annoying !
