Not big enough, is revision free?

Im 2 week post op.because I had unders I thought that they would increase a bit but I’ve had my 1st check up today and the nurse said they won’t. I’m gutted to be honest. She said when I see the surgeon in 3 months to mention it to him and ask about revision. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have to pay again for revision cus I just can’t afford it. I’ve paid nearly £8,000 cus I had an uplift aswell, i don’t feel as tho I’ve got what I wanted size wise 😔 I will try and attach some photos

Hi what size did you have ?? I’ve currently got 410 unders and they changed so much in a 6 month period. I ended up a D cup with uhp x
