Hi girls I have 4 weeks and 5 days post op with 365dual plane , they just haven’t dropped one bit ?! Should I be worried., the top pic is a week after having them done and the one underneath is yesterday they are exactly the same from the side they look so high 🙁 xxx
I wouldn’t worry for another few weeks. They look the same as mine did at that point. Do you have strong chest muscles because of gym etc? Can sometimes take implants longer to drop because of that x
oh do they ? @lydiamay i’m scared in case they stay like this and I need more surgery !, I don’t actually to the gym but I can tense my muscles (before) and they move so im thinking they are quiet strong maybe?, im just hoping they drop in the next few weeks I know im early but every one that I have seen have dropped by now xx
I really wouldn’t worry at this point, especially as they’re both the same. If one was a lot higher than the other then it could be an issue, but even then some people’s drop at different times. I didn’t think mine had fully dropped until 9wpo and they didn’t start dropping until 3wpo. They were really high up at first. When you take your weekly pictures try and get the exact same angle every time, it’s much easier to notice differences. I’ll see if I can attach a collage to show how mine changed x
I wouldn’t worry Hun your still early on mine didn’t full drop and settle till the 5/6 month mark and I had overs aswell everyone’s different and it really all depends on the person so girls bob drop early than others xxx
thankyou @staceymlx , its hard not to worry and I think me being impatient doesn’t help! lol thankyou for your help xxx
I’m with you! I went for my 6wk check today although I’ll be 8wk Monday! But i have my originally larger is still larger, visibly dropped boob, the other had 25cc more and its higher a d smaller. Just crossing my fingers it drops to match the other side. Good luck with yours!! Keep us posted xx
Dont worry wait till the 6 weeks.
I could tense my muscles from po day 1. I woke my self up in the night i jumped and my boob muscles proper tensed!! Felt horrible!! Im 4 weeks 1 day and mine tense and haven’t totally dropped yet either x
@bekkilee93 it is! Its not like the op is a little thing. My nurse is great, shes noted it all down and said its something to review next time. She said its still early on also and that it takes up to 18 months for them to totally settle, its a game of patients but its doing my head in! Hope you’ll be ok! Xx
Sorry to say this ladies but I’m relieved that I’m not the only one! I’m just over 5wpo, right is still high and much smaller than my left. I know it’s early days but really worried my right isn’t going to drop and I’ll be wonky forever! Trying to stop myself looking in the mirror every 5 mins aswell. Really thought waiting for the op would be the hardest part, boy how wrong I was. Fingers crossed we all drop soon before our sanity decides to do one xx
@tan17 yes I think we’re just going to have to wait ! I know everyday I’m looking hoping it’s going to drop ! What bra are you wearing ? Iv swapped back to my macom and hoping it helps xx @littleladyx yes one of mine is littler too! My nipple is wonky compared to my other boob its soooo anoying ! My left nipple is completely numb too , (the one that’s higher ) It’s a good thing that we aren’t the only ones though which makes me feel better ! I guess we have strong chest muscles ?! I’m hoping that’s the only reason , I’m 5 weeks on Monday too 🙁 xxx
Mine are overs though hun not unders so I doubt my chest muscles have got anything to do with it. Just got to keep our fingers crossed I guess and hopefully you get the feeling back in your nipple! Must feel so strange lol xx
@bekkilee93 I went bra shopping as I’d had enough of my macoms and because I didn’t want to go down the underwired route i only ended up with bralets. I just haven’t had chance with work etc but I need to make time to go into Debenhams or Ann Summers and get properly measured, to be honest because they are changing every 5 minutes I didn’t want to get measured too soon x hope you are starting to see a difference!
@littleladyx It helps knowing there are more of us and its great that Mya has tge forum, read some great stuff before and after my surgery xx
