Not feeling too good

Not felt too good today the wrapping is so tight and uncomfortable I can’t hardly move :0( been taking my painkillers it lessons the pain for a while then it’s back. Been very tearful today too. Can’t get comfy to sleep either.

How long post op are you? I’m 4 days and that tightness/uncomfortableness is still here. Have you been taking your antibiotics?

Had it done tues afternoon not sure if I’m meant to have bra on too with the wrapping? Ive had it on with it till just now but had to take it off for a bit, so the tightness isn’t as bad. Don’t know if I need to put it back on tho x

I didn’t wear a bra with my stapping for the first week. xx

Hey hunni you definitely don’t have to wear both! Just the strapping is enough! Have you tried ice packs to help the tightness? It was a godsend for me xx

I second the ice packs as well x
