Not good

So I’m 12 days PO and I went for a little walk with my boyfriend.
As we were crossing the road, a car quickly came round the corner causing me to run, only about 10ft but I darted and my heart rate went right up.
I started crying cause I thought I might have done damage to my implants so came home and called the nurse.
She said I should be fine as I’m 12 days PO and I was wearing my macom.
Still worried though x

You’ll be fine hun, try not to stress. I was in work after 3 days and picking up and running after my young kids after a week. I’m over a year PO and no damage. One thing I will say though is macoms are comfy but not supportive, if you’re worrying about jiggling, get an M&S zip front firm control sports bra, they are fab and secure but still comfy xxx

Don’t worry 7 days post op in London a man walked backwards into my boobs with his big back pack I cursed him the cried was in a lil pain but they were fine baha xxx
