Not happy :(

Hi girls.
Little moan here.
I’ve just taken my dressings off, everything’s fine there.
I just hate how odd they look. I had assymetry before my op. My surgeon said no need for different implants so that’s fine, still hoping that the Lower incision will even that out more when they drop and fluff.
But I also have one nipple noticeably bigger than the other. I mentioned this in my consultations. Even panick ringing a week before my op to see if something can be done. Pushed for an areola reduction on the big one but my surgeon said it’s not worth the scarring etc and the extra costs and it could be done at a later date if needed.
So now I am left still with my odd nipples, still not happy with my boobs. Feel like crying. Would much rather have paid all in one go and get all the surgery over with 🙁
I’m off to see my surgeon on the thurs so I will be letting him know. It’s just so frustrating now I am going to have to wait more time with horrible boobs until I can get surgery again 🙁 🙁

You need to let them settle for quite a few weeks before you really panic about it, you would be surprised how different they will look over time x

Its all so stressful isnt it think after waiting years to have it done we just want them to be perfect an its not always the case. Mine are stressing me out too. I remember before you op you put a pic up worrying about your nipples, i dont get why he wouldnt have done it at the same time save all this stress for you. Let us know what he says on thursday hun xx

Just out of curiosity did he tell you how much extra it would of cost? Xx

@lauraj1987 I know!!! It’s something which has bothered me more than Size tbh!!! Just want them to look even!!
I don’t understand why he wouldn’t do it! Just wish I had been more hard and pushed for it!! I was short of time and this was the only time I could get it done so think I felt stuck with them. Probably should have got a second opinion from a different surgeon. So that’s my mistake 🙁
No he didn’t. I’ve looked around and it varies from like 900 up to 2000!! 🙁 would just have been so much easier if he had done it then! 🙁 I’ve even looked at getting areola tattoos lol but the issue is you’ve got to wait months before you can get anything done now because of how recent the surgery was!! gutted. …

I have learnt so much after reading all these forums, and i have not even had my surgery yet till November, But the one thing i have learnt is GIVE IT TIME. Not being happy this early happens to 99% of people on here. i will not be complaining or worried till at least 6 weeks. If they are different shapes, one higher, one lower, , they need to settle. You have just pushed big implants in your boobs! they need to accept the implant and settle down. (regards to the nipple (when they have settled) i am assuming they will be exactly as they were before ) implants ever change your shape or position of nipples, this is the main thing you are told by the surgeon. I am assuming they will be as they were before but placed on Bigger Boobies?. Try not to worry i bet you adore them in 8 weeks as everyone does 😉

@mae I remember you saying on an old post that sometimes the surgeon will lower the incision on 1 breast to make it drop or something so it looks similar to the bigger breast…do you know if he did this? xx

@mitch I’m gunna ask him when I see him on Thursday.
It’s not so much the boobs, their size etc. It’s the areola size which I am bothered about. They are noticeably different in size and it’s really obvious.
I think I’m just gunna have to have another surgery getting one reduced at an additional cost. Just frustrated and upset that this couldn’t have all been done in one go when I wanted it done.
Now I’m gunna have to wait months until it’s safe to have surgery again. So months of still not being happy and confident with my boobs!! Ahhhhh 🙁 🙁

Mine were exactly the same and he offered for me to have my nipple reduced and moved 1cm height but I said no as I didn’t want the scarring. I’m now 5wpo and my nipples look nearly identical. The big one is bigger but not as obvious as before so I’m very happy. Just give it time xx

@mae14 do you have a picture? I know what it’s like to not feel happy, my boobs are different sizes but I’m trying to be patient with them right now.

He should have done what you wanted In the beginning if you asked for the areola to be made smaller. Definitely talk to him again when you see him. Xx

@hannahlaura I’m out at the mo. But took one earlier with emojis lol you can see the outline of the bigger one in comparison to the other one which is completely hidden by the emoji 🙁 I know. I think his rationale was the scarring etc and maybe like Stacey said it will get better over time. But I just can’t see it happening!
I’ll try and attach pic now. Er I’ve found my before one which makes me want to vom! You can see the size difference there. 🙁 hate even posting it! So ashamed:( xx

Aww mae your boobs look awesome really good size and shape….gutted for you that your unhappy with your nipples they might still even out with time tho but that picture looks so good for 2 weeks as well xx

@mae14 I can completely see your point of view and why you’re unhappy with the nipples. But they are such a good size and shape! Your boobs look equal sizes as well now 🙂 x

@hannahlaura I wouldn’t mind my areola shapes if they were both the same lol they are nice and round but it’s like they are from two different sets of boobs and I just have one of each 🙁 I’m going to see what he says!!
I’m happy so far with the size and shape of boobs I know I have to be patient with them and that’s fine! Although I do see them shrinking lol xx

@mae14 Yeah I get that hun, everyone wants theirs to match! I’m just annoyed at my boobs being different sizes! Mine have shrunk, I’m just hoping when drop and fluff happens they will get bigger again lol. xx

Mine are shrinking 🙁 think I’m gunna have to buy a different support bra for the lnext 4 weeks before I get measured as this one is feeling a bit big now xx

@mae I went to matalan yesterday and bought 5 bras different sizes I was having a melt down haha just can’t seem to find the right fit…..I’m taking the lot with me on Thursday and getting Mr kazzazi to give me a bra fitting xx

@mae ohhh forgot to say the white support bra’s we are wearing are reduced to £2.50p there nice looking in the peach to xx

@mae is your bra rubbing on your incision now you have took the sterile strips off?? I’m shi**ing my pants still haven’t took mine off….don’t know what’s wrong with me but I’m not looking forward to it……xx

@mitchx when are you allowed to take your steri strips off? I took mine off on day 7. When you take them off just be really careful, I had to sit down and do it as it made me feel a little funny lol xx

@hannah omg…..noooo that’s what I was dreading cos when the nurse took my strapping off I felt real funny like I was gunna pass out…..omg hate stuff like this really do #pussypants xx

Mitch i took mine off after a shower because i tried before i got it qn it was reqlly stuck on an i didnt want to pull any scabs off, it loosened a little after it was wet xx

@mae I know I had smaller implants and had smaller breasts to start with but what size bra you wearing? I keep swapping from 38 d to 38c crazy lol xx

@mitch I’m in a 36d at mo but feel it getting too big. Have no idea what size to try lol xx

@mae I can’t get my head round the sizes there crazy I have put on some timber since op cos all I have done is eat haha but the 38d is tight have a bruise across the bottom of my boobies but just bought a 40 c and the cups are way to big xx

@mitch have you tried measuring yourself?? There’s some things online you can type in your measurements.
I just did mine. Not sure how accurate they are tho lol I tried couple. But could be worth a go!? Xx
