I had my breast reduction 15 months ago. At the time the scar was stitched really tight and didn’t look right. Now the scar is all wonky and I have a square boob. Discussed it with my surgeon last year and he said he would review it in December (5months ago) to see if it needs revision. It’s now May and I haven’t been seen, can’t get a face to face appointment with my surgeon, MYA aren’t answering my messages. Over £7000 to be left with this ugly boob. Full of regret and wondering what to do next 🙁

Anybody had anything similar? How did you get it sorted?

So sorry to be honest I got my reduction done in august this year and at the moment I am not happy. The right breast looks far to small compared to the left. Granted I know it’s only been 5 weeks but I don’t see how my right will get any bigger this isn’t about symmetry it’s about size. And to pay nearly £10 because I had the breast reduction for those breast who were extremely big. It needs to be rectified. Fingers crossed for you that it works out. If need be see what can be done legally. It shouldn’t have to come to that but the surgeon gave you a time frame to be reviewed and it hasn’t occurred.

I had similar when I wanted something on my boobs to be looked at and potentially revised. Tried to see the surgeon who said it was a risk that was stated at the beginning of the process but would assess in person. Similar to you, Mya then ignored messaged, emails and difficult to reach them on the phone.
