I’m so excited! Started following a few girls on IG and it’s making me emotional seeing them buying lingerie!

Is there any must haves you girls would recommend for surgery day and after?

I have ordered a v pillow and a neck cushion, got bio oil, and will have 3 bras soon.

comfy clothes, button up tops and literally just vegetate for a week and you’ll be fine!! get some protein to help heal maybe multi vitamins and stay on track with pain meds! xxx

I took arnica tablets week before my op to prevent any bruising and it worked!! Xx

Ele how tall are you? You look petite, were the 425s big on your frame? I’ve been offered a 350, did you have boobs before xx

I had A/B cups before depending on if i put a bit of weight on ha but i’m 5ft4 and the 425ccs fit my frame perfectly but my bums massive haha so now i just look in proportion i think i’d always go for the biggest they offer you though! even now i want bigger ones haha xxxx

i took arnica tabs too! and had very little bruising that went fast worked a treat xxx

He said a 375 might ripple! I’m super flat chested and boney ?

How do you take arnica, save to take from the day of your surgery?xx
