Not sure what size I will be… help and pictures please x

Hello, I’m booked to get breast enlargement in June. Iv had 2 kids and breastfed them both. I’m 5ft3 and 10stone. Roughly about 34 c at the moment but my boobs have a lot of excess skin! I have gone for 450cc but not sure if they will be too big or not? Or what size I’ll be? I was hoping for a DD/E. I’m also a fitness instructor what length of recovery am I looking at? I’m getting round allergen ones and they are going over the muscle instead of under. Panicking Iv went to big but it’s so hard to tell. Thanks x
