Not wearing a sports bra

Would it have a detrimental effect not wearing a sports bra for a night out? I’m 16 days post op x

I think its down to preference of an individual…We are supposed to wear it for 6 weeks 24/7 as a general rule, so it would probably mean not a good idea to not wear it for the night, even more so for a night out because you’ll have people bumbling about and knocking into you, and they’ll need even more support….But I thinks its up to you Hun whether you do or not really, I’m scheduled to go out June 22nd (7 weeks post op) but thats cause my mate says i get too pissed lol so i would most likely cause myself a mischief lol. xx

My friend wore a normal bra 12 days post op and she was fine:) xx

Im going to a festival next weekend and not planning on wearing one.. Il be 4 weeks post op! Im planning on going out tomorrow night braless aswell! I think you should be alright xx

I did 3 weeks post op. was abit weird feeling as had no support but put bra on minute I came home and I’ve been fine:) doing it again tomorrow – 5 weeks post op xxx

I went out at exactly 3 week post op without a bra they were ok just felt heavy like they needed support it was strange :-/

I’m 5 weeks, gave up on my sports bras last week!! I’ve been squeezing into my old bras but I cut the wires out and they’re super supportive cos they’re too small lol!! I’ll let you girls know if my implants fall out…xx

it’s such a pain waiting i just want to show them off now haha!! thanks everyone xx
