Not wearing a sports bra??

Hey girls , I’m 8weeks post op, and had my check up with the surgeon …she told me that I don’t need to wear a sports bra in bed. But before the surgery she told me I had to wear a sports bra, all day/night.
I’m going to still wear a sports bra in bed at times
But was just wondering if anyone else still wears one?

I will wear a sports bra to bed for as long as I have implants, I did it the whole time with my last ones, it prevents sagging and helps *protect your investment* x
