Nottingham clinic

Has anyone else really struggled getting any decent service from the Nottingham clinic? Everytime I try and ring them no one ever answers, I’ve left messages that go unanswered, called the PC directly who never picks up or returns calls and the times I’ve been told ‘we’ll call you tomorrow’ they never do and I have to chase it up. I’ve booked in for a second consultation next week but haven’t received email confirmation like I did last time so I just want to check it is actually happening but I’m getting nowhere! Anyone else had trouble trying to get in touch with them?

I’m at the Nottingham clinic, I had this problem once when I was trying to contact my nurse turns out they weren’t open until later on that day (called at 10, they opened at 12) phone the main Mya number – 03330141014 and see if they can put you through, that’s what I did and found out they didn’t open until later on haha!
