Numbness post op

Hi ladies,

So I’m two weeks post op today and I think my boobs are feeling more numb than they did just after surgery??? Not sure if it’s because the pain is a lot less so I’m noticing the numbness more, one nipple is completely numb and the underneath of both boobs and down the sides!!
Is this normal…….any experience on when/if the feeling returns??

Hi hun i had this exact thing, I saw my nurse about mine and she said as long as the skin isn’t a differnt colour it’s fine, if the skin is a differnt colour it can mean blood isn’t getting to it, but I was numb all down the side on top and by my scars it went off after about week 6 ish xx

Im16 days post op and mine are too and rockhard it is the strangest feeling isn’t it .cant wait for it to pass god no how long that will take c

I’m 11 weeks post op tomorrow and I still have numbness underneath the nipples. It can take quite a while to come back from what I’ve read. It feels weird, but you kind of get used to it x

Hey hun, I was the same but I’m nearly 3 weeks PO (still quite early on) and can feel all my left boob and nipple (maybe too much it’s so sensitive) and can feel most of my right, nipple I can feel slightly but it’s getting there! Everyone’s different so can be all different times but they will change don’t worry x

I also have a left numb nipple, can feel my right like a normal boob ect! but my left feels so strange my nurse said it’s completely fine and it will come back xx
