I am 6 weeks post op on monday, i had bigger size implant in my left boob 485cc and 415 in my right. My leftie looks so different to my right and my nipple is about 1cm higher than the right one. Is there something wrong or does it need 2 drop? I have my post op nxt friday, but im really worried its going to stay this way 🙁 x
?
Hi hun, I wouldnt worry too much as I had same size implants 9 weeks ago and my right one is alot smaller than the right xx
I just worry about every little thing, i hope they even out in time!!x
Remember that out boobies are sisters, not twins! Xxx
I know, im just so worried it looks really odd x
Have you been back for your 6-8 week check up with the surgeon chick? Xx
I have my 6 week post op nxt friday, will this be with the surgeon or a nurse?x
Same! I had 525 and 560 and the that is meant to be 560 still looks smaller! Literally just looking in the mirror, I was wondering if one has to drop more!
That will be with the surgeon. I know this as I went for my PO today and she said my next op will be with the surgeon. If your not happy make sure you tell them. We pay a lot of money for our procedures so we should have them how we want them to look. Good luck with your appointment hun. Xx
My left which was originally smaller seems to be the same size as my right now, my main concern is my nipple being extremly higher than the other! I do hope they even out.. thank u, i cant wait for my appointment, i want to voice my concerns and hopefully be reassured that the other one just needs 2 drop. Fingers crossed xxx
I wouldn’t worry yet its still very early days and they can take up to a year to completely settle down. They will heal at different rates, as annoying as it is try to be patient and don’t worry. I had same size implants and ended up loads bigger in one boob and with wonky nipples so ended up having reop with different size implants but am happy now, it’s just a waiting game…x
I am so impatient, hate waiting lol! Thanks for the reassurance tho 🙂 xx
Our boobs are sisters not twins! We all have differences in each breast, perhaps less notcieable when they are smaller but once we go big the difference is more apparent. No one has totally semitrical breasts, even having two different size implants can’t correct this, it can greatly IMPROVE it but not fix it. There’s only so much the Dr can do sadly and that is to enlarge what we all ready have, your post op breasts will be a bigger version of your pre op, they can only change size, they can’t change nipple placement, shape ect ect. Also, it takes a year to fully heal, drop and settle so don’t stress too much, theres plenty of time for them to change! Each breast is a seperate op so they do heal and settle at different rates. I hope this helps. x
Thank you, i think i will feel much happier nxt week when i go to my appointment xx
