I’m sorry I couldn’t post earlier. I’ve been in a really bad way. So sick and really bruised, I haven’t been out of bed yet. I’m not very happy so far but it’s very early days. It doesn’t look like the subtle change i wanted, snd my hubby and mum are totally freaked out. I know there’s some changing to do, I really hope the tip drops as I look like a pig!!x

What surgeon did you have??
How are you able to see the nose with the cast on??
Please don’t judge it too hard now or panic babe, there’s a long while to go before a proper judgement can be made.

Ps if it’s higher (pig nose) at first, it has room to drop! If it was bang on now it could potentially droop in the future 🙁

Thanks guys. I was with mr g. Pc has been of no help. The cast is on the upper part of the nose, but the tip is exposed, and it points right up! I hope to god it drops. I’ve been in loads of pain, my eyes are completely sealed over. I can handle the pain if the results are good. I just hope they will be. I’m at home, but still can’t eat.xxxx

Hun don’t worry too much about your tip it is sure to drop as your swelling goes I’d be more worried if it wasn’t a little raised as it would look too droopy after a while like tea said! Hope you feel better soon xx

You’re probably just in a bit of shock sweeti.
Dr g has excellent results. He’s skilled babe, just give it time now.
Have you no stronger painkillers?
Ps what kind of op did you have? I wasn’t even aware of a cast/dressing thing that exposed the tip…

Open septo hun. I think you can see the tip with all casts. I’ve taken ibuprofen now – but I think I’m just so swollen. Even the sides of my mouth are bruised! Hopefully it will all calm down in a few days. Thanks for all your comments and support, I hope I’m telling you in 2 weeks how pleased I am xxx

I’m gonna prepare for a bit of panic now :))
It’s a shame you haven’t got anything stronger, I’ve brought some strong ones incase…
I’ve also bought some arnica, it speeds up healing and is one of the only remedies you can take during surgery, maybe you could get some now and start taking it to heal the tissue (orally and trans dermal)
