Oh the pain :(

I had my BA Friday with dr singh, I had 700cc high profile overs, I really do love the size of them! The only problem is I haven’t slept properly for the last 2 nights, I have terrible bloating and stomach pain, my boobs ache so much also I can’t seem to get comfortable sleeping on my back and I can’t turn to my side because that’s uncomfortable too, 🙁 just wonder how long it will take to feel a bit better? Or any tips? (I have 7 pillows on my bed propping me up) thanks xxx

What post op bra are you using? I had my ba Wednesday an had 560 overs I feel extremely supported an not really experiencing any pain at all. I was a little uncomfortable on Thursday but since then I have been fine. X

I was told to just where the strapping/bandage for 4 days, then when that comes off to wear the macom bra I have, xx

I’m still in alot of pain and sleeping upright with 605 :l iv got bck pain now I love the look but they are quite painful I won’t lie all I can say is buy those sports ice patches and leave on top of boobs! And buy deep heat cream for lower back and bum!

I took dolcolax which really helped I couldn’t get rid! Also drink lotttssss of water which flushes water retention away I looked so puffy :l but water is deffo the key! It’s trapped gas as well lol beautiful

It all sounds so sexy haha, you expect to look like this gorgeous model haha, but I’ve gained half a stone in a day thanks to the bloating! I’m going to the chemist to get some of that then! Thanks for your help lottie

Yeah I had a big shock haha and the fact I am whiter than white doesn’t help lol bring on 6 weeks! It says take at night but I took one straight away and within about 2 hours it had worked its magic but yeah best thing is deffo water clearing all toxins and maybe peppermint green tea (: I have put on a stone And a half becoz of the pain I havnt moved still annoyed I can’t sleep in other positions feels like I’m floating on balls haha I swear sports bras are making my nipples so painful now maybe grown a bit becoz they have dropped a bit 😀 but I can’t wait to not have to wear them in the day! January I’m gonna get a personal trainer I think!:)

I’ve just sent my dad out for some and lots of water, going to eat as much fruit as I can for the next week, I feel I may need a personal trainer too after all this haha, I have to go back to work next Sunday, hopefully the pain eases a bit by then otherwise I may have to take time off sick :/ xx

Hiya, The pain will go, eventually. I am 2 and half months post op and cannot remember what the pain was like now. I really think you should be wearing the support bra as it what helps keep them in place and stops pain, i would check again with your Dr just to be sure. I found Ice on top of my boobs really helped and lots of Ibuprofen and most importantly rest! Hope you feel better soon xx

Thanks hun, I’ve put the macom bra on top of the strapping now, when did you notice your pain was getting better as everyone says day 3 and 4 are the worst xx

I haven’t slept either Kaley 🙁 its so frustrating just want to turn on my side but can’t! And I got really sick last night! It’s soo annoying! I love my boobs but I got to be honest I can’t wait to be comfortable again! Xx

Same Jen!!! I must of slipped down off my pillows last night cuz I was flat to the bed and woke up in so much pain! I really can’t wait to feel normal again! My boobs even look small cuz my stomach has got so big lol, how are yours looking now? Are you wearing the bra yet? X

Yeah same as me! My tummy is massive 🙁 mine are okay just feeling extra tight and heavy! And nope not yet can’t wait to get this tape off its sioooo tight!! Xx

My tape is itching me! It’s driving me crazy, I need to get some pictures up, need bf to take some i think haha, xx

Oh snap!!! It’s itches like hell!!!! My appetite has completely gone as well which sucks seen as u have to eat with the tablets 🙁 and yes me to!! I’ve taken a few just need to upload them 🙂 boyfriends have the best job lol xx

Hi jen n kayley i to hav alot of pain n uncomfortable n this sleeping sittin up is horrible but slept better last night but thatwer because id taken sleeping tablets lol. Yes i itching to n not sure if its tape or healing process n as for size of my belly, blooming hells bells, sorry wot now gonna put but feel as if i need areally really good poo or fart lol sorryyyyy but only way t describe it lol . Hahaha oh sonya, that made me giggle, I slept better as well last night, think its coz I was sooo knackered :/ I hope the pain gets better hun 🙁 my belly is still huge as well but I hear what ur saying lol feel like I’m full of gas haha 🙂 urs boobies looked amazing too hun! Awww Hun! Yeh it does feel like that, I’ve stopped taking my pain killers as I think they are what’s making me bloated! I can take the strapping off tomorrow which is great because its pulling on my neck and its making me feel worse! I have my check up Friday so will be nice to see how the scars are healing, I think the worst part of this experience is the bloating and no sleep xx

Yup it does hun n ive got my check up 11am saturday n hav said t family that the 38dd sports bras look huge lol n i wonder if my boobies will fit them as only had 345 implants but at least it all gonna b worth it ehhhh n omg yes the hubby is defo liking the new boobies lol xxxxxx

Hi Hun, can sympathise too, I’m post op day 8 and only just sleeping better, I’ve got half bed full of pillows too Inc v pillows which are good, I keep getting a numb bum sat up in bed all night lol… And still bloated on my tum, I think it’s from the anaesthetic or meds and have put nearly 6lb on grrrrrr 🙁 Try a hot water bottle, it’s helped me a bit….hopefully soon you’ll feel better. Xxxxx

Omg my arms n chest feel like i got weights on them n i can only say i feel as if been doing a gym workout 24/7 lol n as for numb bumb bit its that numb i hope i know wen i gonna trump so can warn family lol. As for sleeping upright its horrible i b glad wen can sleepnormal but must admit i suredo loveeeeee my new boobies 🙂 n hope you both ok n resting well, love sonya xx

Shame babe hope the pain gets better. I am in pain too and im 10/11months post op so I can totally sympathise with you. hope you feel better really soon. It should go away soon xx

Thanks alli hun n you say you still have pain even now, WOWWWW. I hope thats not me as i work caring for elderly with dementia ect n end of life care n have to use hoists ect n hoping to be back at work after xmas but dont want to put myself at risk or my patients either what do you think, love sonya xx

Hi Sonya, I am sure you will be fine. my pain has only really got intense last month and I might need another op if no change using the breast band eeek but you should be fine babe. Generally all goes fine!!I am a bit curious to see your 700s , I had 340cc xhp soft touch so no where near yours but hope recovery goes well. The pain is awful but it will get better. try avoid exercise like cardio for a while. I feel in pain alot when I try do cardio:/
