Old ruptured implants out and new and uplift in

I’m 3 weeks post op…my left is great and setting nicely…my right is still quite high and I have a weeping stitch. Its along time ago I had my original surgery and didn’t have any complications.
This time I had my right ruptured taken out and all silicone removed and a new complete set put in with uplift aswell.
Is it normal for the right to still be so high and hard?

Hi I’m thinking of having mine out and new in witj uplift I had no issues 15 years ago witj the Nuffield in Bournemouth but I’ve moved to Devon and thought I would research mya
How are you doing has the r side eased at all ie still hard x
