So today at 6 weeks post op I went and got measured at boux avenue. The girl took my band measurement to be 30/32 with bra on. Then I just had to keep on trying bigger and bigger cups until eventually she said the F fitted. I am quite gobsmacked as only had small implants 275cc unders and asked for c/d result. Has anyone else had similar situation with boux avenue? Should I go elsewhere, second opinion?
I would personally get fitted at all the different stores every time you buy as we know in some places you can be a 8 but in another a 10. I have read before that bout avenue is very small in sizes so therefore you can come out with larger cup sizes. But as long as the bra fits you correctly it’s fine. Also the rule is if you struggle finding 30f go up a back size and down a cup so 32e.
Hi aly im going next weekend to get measured i went to ann summers and a 32DD is too big on back its on the tightest one i need a 30E for sure. Cant wait to go next weekend did they have a big choice in 30 backs. X
Ashie what size implants did you have? Yea they had quite a few in 30 back and lots of pretty patterns/colours definitely a really good underwear shop…I just can’t believe I’m a 30f xx
Hi Hun I had 360cc and I’m measuring 32e at Boux avenue, matalan and new look.
Finding it hard tho to find the size.
But my band size is 29 so I would be 30f but I find wearing 32e is really comfortable.
Hi lynnette yes the girl in boux said go for 32e as that will be easier to find in other shops…360cc is a lot more than 275cc…I feel im probably more of a d/dd really x
I’ve tried 34dd on at asda and it was to small.
I would defo try before you buy Hun I’ve spend over £150 pounds on bras that just don’t fit ?. Xx
@alysjames omg yes boux avenue seems to be really small! I also had 275cc and they measured me a 30e!! I couldn’t believe it! Defo gonna get measured else where though x
