once again.. size issues!!!

ah thats ok. i didnt wanna leav this morning, the bed was too comfortabl. youll prob be a big c with 340 cause your starting size is a bit bigger than mine was. still cant believe ive done it. they do look quite big but theyre just swollen and high really, when they settle theyll be lovely!

hi kellyg, i was a bit confused about this too before my op but my pc cleared it up for me. they cover u for cap contrac (sorry i dont know how to spell it!) for 5 years. the result that you get is covered for 3 years which means that if the surgeon thought the result could be improved it would be and my pc told me that this is extremely unlikely anyway. even after the 3 and 5 years you can come in at any time and see a nurse or a surgeon so in that respect there is no limit on it. hope that helps. let me know if you have any more questions hun. good luck with it all – i am so happy with mine and so glad i went with mya xxxx

HI GIRLS…. got my nw boobies, went for 380cc aftr a chat with mr adamo. partially under muscle. i was very nervous but all the nurses/anesthatitsts were lovely. went into theatre at about 4. lovely man with gold teeth in prep room gave me a blanket cause i was shaking. tis quite cold in there… had needle in crease in my arm which just felt a bit uncomfortable but not too bad (ive had plenty of piercings which were all worse) fell straight to sleep befor they even asked me to count… woke up (not sure if they woke me up with some sorta drug or not) about an hour later, sat up straight away and thanked mr adamo who was just sat havin a chat to my gold toothed nurse hehe. i moved myself over onto my bed, into rcovry room where i asked for painkillers and anothr blanket. they gave m oxygen but i took it off cause my nose itched haha. im not gonna lie, it was very painful, a bit of a shock BUT… i didnt have any morphine (cause im allergic) so i had an injected shot of codine straight aftr theatre and cocodamol pills aftr that. had tea and toast an hour later, and pasta about an hour aftr that, no sickness or weirdness at all.
my boobs looked amazing for about an hour and then the swelling kicked in, theyre a bit wonky cause theyre swollen in different places to each othr. but apparently thats normal. i filld a 32dd sports bra but aftr mr adamo came to see me this morning he said i dont need to wear one unless i want to… basiically whatevers most comfortable for me. so ive got a lightweight non wired cheapo one on now.
i was expecting them to be bigger but i think they will fill out more at the bottom whn the swelling drops from the top.inscisions are nice and small (from what i can see under the tape) its only painful to use my arms. the bed controls hlped last night. but i hardly slept, perhaps too excited.
i am soooooooo happy. really nice experience. i should be resting but im too smiley
im glad i went bigger cause they realy dont look stupid (apart from being a bit high at the mo) ill lay some bras over them later to get an idea of current size!

im 5’6, slim ish, siz 8. small hips, and i was a 32a/30b. hoping i will turn out 32c/30b.
absolutly no way of knowing what size im gonna be yet as theyre such a strange shape, due to being under the muscle thyre really quite high, espcially my right one for some reason.
very painful if i dont keep up with the pain killers every 4-6 hours. but again, probably would have been less painful if id have had morphine.
all feeling ok, i will see tomorrow if i can take ibuprofen along side my cocodamol to try and take the swelling down. inscisions feel a bit tight when i move.

Lorah, congrats!!!! was thinking about you yday..glad your happy with them!! i was going to go for the 340cc but now you said th 380cc dont look too big, im confusd .lol….

if your filling a 32dd bra, you prob r going to be 32d when the swellings gone down..

its all ok. got some burning feeling in my right boob, i think its just majorly swollen though. i doubt ill end up a 32d, perhaps 32c/30d? way too early to tell. only had the sports bra on for a min, it was too uncomfortable. ouchyyy

no i dont think they go further. I think its just general preference. if you want to go to a d and mr adamo said that 340 will make you a d then i think you should trust him because he has seen you, we havent. Plus he does this eveyday. I think most people go with the larger option out of the two size implants that the dr suggests because apparantly you get used to the size so quickly after, and most people would prefer to be a little bigger than hopeing than smaller.
19th August will come soon. Im so excited i have asked my dad for a ba every birthday and christmas since i was 15, finally he has said he would pay. xx

340 will probably get you a big C. i bought an unwired bra today from m&s size 32d and its a bit too small. my boobies are very swollen, think ive over done it today, i feel horrible. i dunno how much the swelling will go down, i think theyre just high cause the muscles are contracted. like im tensing my pecks all the time… i think the volume will move from the top of my chest to the bottom of my boobies when thy drop a bit. ive got ice on them at the moment. keep putting on sports bras and then taking them off, jst cant seem to get comfortable.

my 34c bra fits ok to sleep in. and the 32d one will fit eventually its just that my boobs are soooo high right now. theyre big but high its odd. i dont think i needa bra at all but it makes me feel a bit safer. the painkillers are good, i keep forgetting things though! a bit like bing drunk. evryday there is an improvement. im hoping theyll be settled in a couple of weeks when i go back to work.

they say that 125cc gives you one cup size so 300 should make you a d. if you go under the muscle then it reduces them by 15% so thats why hes suggested 40cc more if you go under, to allow for that. I have researched every day for at least 3 months, everything you can think of about boobs lol, that is what ive learnt… you should tell Mr Adamo your unsure, i would trust him though . Emi x

He did say the 300cc should give me 2 cup sizes.. and being a small B i didnt want to be gutted with not reaching a D.. and also fake do look smaller?! so i htought there was a good chance of not achieving D?!!
But the Doing the next size up partielly under wouldnt make them look much bigger anyway? as they are obviously trapped under the muscle slightly?!!
Its soooo confusing!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am a 30b/32a and im having BA tomorrow with Mr adamo. im having either 340cc or 380cc and im hoping to be a D. im having partial unders too… which is apparently the best way to do it (most natural, least complications)
i will let you know how it goes and which size i endup goin for.

I have booked my date for (ba) 14th july ,But i have my pre op next week and i have also asked for a secound consultation with the surgon because i feld i neaver asked enough questions .At what point do you buy your sports bra ? is it after the pe op with the nurse and what does she do (ie) does she take your medical history ,blood pressure,bra size.

hey kat , i think you will achieve a d, if your a small b and have 300c implants your should be a d definately. i think you are over worrying lol… i know i am going to be axactly the same tho lol.

Hiya. I was a 32a and had unders 340cc this brought me to a 32c….32d(depending on make of bra.)..only after many years when I had a baby did my implants increase and not fit the ”C cup bras” anymore and I wore only 32d bras.

im glad im not the only one still confused about size! lol. hi all!

im size 8 aswell and am a small 32B – surgeon has suggested 340cc or 380cc under the muscle and i have no idea which one to go with..

I heard that they implant would get smaller if it goes under the muscle so glad you cleared that up! 15% is alot! i want to be a 32D but now im worried it may look too big on me. but then if i go for the 340cc (which i think would make me a C) i might regret not going bigger…

ahhh im in the same boat as you guys..what to do?? oh and i have my BA on Tuesday!!! xxx

hi kat, yeah i think you should go 340 cos remember your only a small b so 2 cup sizes will make you a small d, so 340 should make u a full d…. i wonder how lorah got on, she should have her new boobies by now hehe xxx

Yes I agree with emijane…. Definately a 340cc or maybe a bit more to acheive a D cup . I was a 32a (size 6)and had 340ccs which gave me a 32c (only after having a baby some years after I fitted 32D bras). However I had under the muscle so I beleive this makes the implant appear smaller anyway??..My friend has booked a BA in America and has a 32A/B (size 6)she said to the consultant that she wanted a C/D cup and he suggested a 375cc under. I think 125cc is classed as one cup size so for example having a 300cc or a 340cc there is not too much difference really.I’m not sure whether being a small frame determines cc size etc?? Hope this helps…its sooo difficult to know what size you will be when you wake up?? Emmaxx

hi kat, yeah i am pre -op , im so indecisive too. but the way i look at it is i would be more dissapointed if i was too small than too big… i think you should def go at least 340…..When is ur ba??? i wish mine was sooner, i have my first consultation monday x

i cant believe now im thinking is 340 too small?!! Mr adamo said it depands n ur ribs size kind of thing? hmm dunno!? i suppose smaller girls they implant go a bit further? or am i wrong????
