one 1 nite harm

im 5 weeks post op, i have to wear a bloody horrible sports bra nite and day do you think 1 nite without a bra would harm? could do with a full nites sleep, wot do you think ladys xxxx

Hiya Hun, I wouldn’t think that 1 night would do any harm at 5 weeks, maybe try it tonight and see how you feel. It’s awful sleeping in sports bras especially in this heat. I’m 7 weeks post op and still stuck in sports bras as don’t have my check until next tues so not sure when I’m supposed to stop wearing them, or when I’m allowed to wear normal bras xx

i keep thinking that 1 nite wont harm but then it comes to bed time and i chicken out , got my 6 weeks next week fingers crossed the sports bra can go xx

my nurse said asda , i got them ones also m&s ,bhs,i also got some from primark they were seamless but only started wearing them at 4 weeks but feel so good xxx

What sports bra u got as I’m so used to mine doesn’t bother me at all,we are advised to sleep in them forever though xxx

iv got them from a few places,im used to wearing them but its nice not to have to sleep in a bra of any kind ,im sure 1 nite cant harm xxx

My first week i just couldnt wear one in bed it was too uncomfy!! Xx (after my first ba)
