This is very common, obviously if your concerned, if it feels hot to touch or if you have a temp then get medical advice but this was my day 6 pic xxx
Did you experience this too? What size did you go to? I hope it settles and they both match, I hope when they drop they will look bigger too
Don’t worry Hun I was the same for first few weeks one was bigger than the other they both heal and settles at different rates. Give it a few weeks they’ll even themselves out, mine did and they are very symmetrical now x
@emma same here, left bigger than right , has been since day 1 to present day – 12DPO, you may find bruising gets worse actually as mine did, the bruising on my pics today is very yellow and all round top of left boob, surgeon said its swelling and bruising , I also have left shoulder pain and upper back pain ( was just about to post about that!) , don’t know if its connected , its just a waiting game, I can’t wait to get over this , time does fly by though , I found koolpaks really good. x
Yeah mine is more yellow today, I’m seeing the nurse tomorrow now
Same here. 3 weeks post op and my left is noticeably bigger. I hear it’s common in the healing process but can’t help but worry
Back in the fiztroy. Sent my nurse a photo and turns out its full of fuild which needs draining and implants replacing. Can’t thank Kelly and Amy enough at mya brum for getting me back in and on the mend. Hopefully today goes ok.
Oh my you poor thing!
Both implants?! I hope it went smoothly and you’re ok Hun.
Xxx
Really sorry to hear that Emma hope your ok and have no further issues, just goes to show the forum is great for putting our minds at rest but not a replacement for medical examination, weve nearly all been through the ‘melon & lemon’ stage but unfortunately it was more sinister for you, please let us know how you get on xxx
Emma did it feel swollen etc or just bigger?
Both, it felt really werid compared the right. I would have to hold it in the shower and it felt swallen and more painful than the right.

Just looking over your old posts Emma, turns out mine might have been a bit more sinister too, this is how its looking 13 months on, my implants have to be removed for at least 6 months due to pectoral damage but i can help wondering if i had trauma in the right in the early stages as i have been in pain since the day of my op, very pleased yours was detected and acted upon, i was told mine was due to my existing asymmetry of volumes allthough i was told it was minimal and did not require two different sized implants, strange that the asymmetry was so huge afterwards xxx
Oh god I’m sorry to hear that.
The nurses were fab when I showed them photos as my left was huge compared to my right and brusied all down my left. It was clear something was up and was removed and replaced right away. Since then it’s been fine apart from having stitches done. I’m now coming up a year. I requested revision simply down to them not having as much volume and fullness as I wanted at the start and wanting a cleveage. When do you get yours removed? Xx
Im not sure yet, MYA have refused my revision so the NHS are removing them, hoping it wont be too long though, the muscle may be damaged ireprably so i have to stay empty for 6 months to see how it repairs, its unlikely they can go under again so if i decide to replace i need overs and fat graft xxx
