One Boob Bigger Still :/

Hi girls,

My left boob is bigger than my right and has been since I got home the next day after my op. I’m now on day 5dpo and had to have my strapping off early so the surgeon could check all was ok, so can clearly see that they are both the same size as day two with the left being bigger.

Does anyone else have one biggger than the other? If so how many days post op are you?

Scared that this isn’t going to change, I know I’m early days but there been no change in either of their size so far.

Also my left (bigger boob) is completely pain free, but the right (smaller) boob is in constant pain and I literally can’t do anything with my right arm because of the stabbing pains that is causes. Is this all normal to be so different in each side???

Only me, I have read in this forum that other girls have said this and it could be down to one arm being more dominant to the other, as far as I can tell it may be due to the muscle being more toned on that side so it takes a bit longer to relax. Not 100% not having it don’t yet, but I would have thought if the sergon felt there would be an issue, he would have said something. Try to give it a bit of time. I know how you must feel I’d be the same. Xx

I’m not expecting them to look final yet, it’s just because they have been the same pretty much since the op and the smaller one just seems to be getting more painful by the day and I’m becoming more restricted in my arm movements by the day rather than it getting easier as it seems it is for everyone else? 🙁 xx

Hey I have one boob bigger than the other and I’m 3wpo x it is due to them recovering at different rates. They don’t always start to drop or heal at the same time as the other. I have been so worried incase it stays like this!!!! One is sitting up higher than the other so nipples are at two different levels aswell x but they’ll be fine when they’re both recovered and so will yours. 🙂 in regards to pain I was the same. Just one boob! But I feel totally pain free now and feel myself. Happy healing and try not to worry girls xxxxxx

It’s really reassuring to hear I’m not the only one with odd boobs, as haven’t seen any pics of anyone with one boob bigger than the other yet. It’s odd how they heal differently isn’t it, just frustrating as I can’t do anything with my right hand without serious pain, yet the other is swollen more but pretty much pain free!

Don’t worry you are definately not alone in this goldie x I take my photos at a bit of an angle so it isn’t as noticeable however once I get home I will take one and show you. My right is so much bigger than my left and I was so paranoid incase it stayed this way. However we jus gotta give em time to settle and it will all be fine 🙂 xxxxxx and yes defo odd how they heal differently but they’re two boobs not one so we just need to look at them as two different surgerys which will heal at different rates x I do wish we were one of the ones with simple smooth recoverys haha it’s always something isn’t it! Xxxxxxx
