One boob is giving me trouble

Hey girls. Had my boobies done Wednesday and obviously in a little pain, one more than the other
It feels like twinging In my nipple. Like pins and needles. And also like a rumbling feeling. I can’t explain it.
Is this normal lol !!! I’m freaking out
