One boob more swollen

Hi girls I’m 4 weeks post op on Tuesday, absolutely loving my boobs and all is healing very well but my left boob still seems a lot more swellon and higher than my right which, I right seem like it could be totally healed!!! Has anyone else as this and will the even out? I have a lift with implants. Any advice would be great please x
