One breast much bigger than the other 4 days post op

Hi ladies,
I had my BA on Thursday (4 days ago) and have just looked at my boobs without a bra – I am now panicking as my left breast looks a lot bigger (at least a size bigger) than my right.
Has anyone else had this? Is it normal? Will they even out?
Before surgery I was a 32C with slight asymmetry and I had 300cc unders.
Any help would be much appreciated! X

It’s normal lovely, it’ll be swelling or something. I’m 5 days post op an mine are exactly the same. I had 400 over the muscle x

I’m 7dpo, had 400cc unders and still one of my breast is more swollen, sits higher and its not the same size and shape like the other one. It’s normal and will eventually even out xx

How are you all now? Have they evened out? Really hope so, it’s awful when you don’t know what to expect. Thanks for your reassuring comments. I’m 7 days post op today and my left one is still higher and more swollen and looks smaller. I’m trying not to stress about it but it’s so hard. Have any of you used a band. The nurse at my check up advised me to today. She said it helps to get the implants moving. I’m scared I’ll put it in wrong and pop them to be fair ?. This is all new to me!

I’m having a melt down 1 day post op I can see my right is bigger by loads! But I’m worried as I had 350cc in that boob and he put 320cc in other!!
Is this still normal

Probably one still swollen …
