One day PO and a little worried!!

I had my surgery yesterday afternoon with Dr Sleiter I went from a 34b to 300cc hp overs. everyone was really nice and made me feel at ease as soon as I got there.
As soon as I woke up after the surgery though I noticed my left side was quite a lot bigger and higher up than my right and the gab between them was huge. I’ve since had my post op bra on so I can’t really tell too much now with the gap and I’m in too much pain to take it off and have a proper look but I can still see my right side is smaller. I know they change so much as time goes on so I’m trying not to look at them too much. 😫 Has anyone had the same problem?

I was noticeably bigger on my right side immediately post op and for about 2 weeks. I’m 4 and a half weeks PO now and the swellings gone down in both and they’ve evened out in size, although the right one is still sitting a bit higher. I’m assuming it’ll drop to match the left one at some point, hopefully soon. My right side was also a bit more bruised so I’m assuming it went through a bit more trauma, and that’s why it was more swollen.
I’d wait 2-3 weeks until most of your swelling has gone down before you worry too much, although I know that’s easier said than done.
