One day post op and still in lots of pain

Rubbish nights sleep even with two sleeping tablets! Had to get help getting out of bed! Lol. Just got to keep moving to feel better. Anyone know when this will get easier?xx

Honestly that’s not being able to lidt myself up etc was around 2 weeks mark… I was on pain killer for a few weeks i had unders much worse than over i think

Yeah I’ve heard that..Can’t get myself out of bed! I woke at 4am in agony! Had to take more painkillers and another sleeping tablet. Its my 30th birthday party in 3 weeks, hope I’m ok by then! X
