One hard boob 4 months post op- so worried about capsule contraction,

My left boob has gone really hard compared to my right one and I’m so worried about it. I am hoping it will settle but now I am thinking I have capsule contraction. Can anybody advise me?x

It happened in the last few days. I’m in with the surgeon on Tuesday for my routine check. I really feel like crying. I’m hoping its just dropping a bit but I don’t think so
