One implant still not moved

Hello,

I am 4 weeks post op and my left implant and completely dropped and is soft but my right one has not moved at all but is softening. I look completely lopsided.

Has anyone had this and how long did it take to drop?

My left one hasn’t dropped completely yet. I am 3 mongh PO
