One of my incisions isn't healing

Hi,
I’m 7 weeks post op now. My right incision hasn’t healed properly, I saw the nurse last week and said I was a bit worried as it was still a bit uncomfortable and she said there was a tiny hole.
She put a dressing on it and I’m seeing her again on Thursday but the hole looks like it has got bigger now and it’s sore. 🙁

has anyone else had this and if so how did you get it to heal?
