I had my second ba 4 days so. It’s funny because although I’ve been through it all before I have kinda forgot what to expect and forgot what the healing is like. If I think back though everything you have described I experienced too. Numbness is very very common and takes time to subside in some cases women experience numbness in both nipples that can last months but you’re only a week after your op so that’s fine! I’m 4 days after and both of mine still have no feeling.
They will be rock hard for quite a few weeks really. After 6 weeks you can start wearing normal bras but they still won’t be ‘settled’ into where they want to be. Each week they will soften up more and more and after a few months they’ll feel nice to touch!
Pains are normal too after all we’ve just cut a hole in our body and put a foreign body so it’s just our bodies way of recovering and getting used to it.
I wouldn’t worry you seem to be healing totally normal!
