I’m so surprised that my healing is so good ! Happy with it all just waiting for the left side to calm down a bit now !
Feels so weird though ! Heavy and hard ! Haha

Tbh it is more painful than I ever considered, but that’s because u barely thought of my op beforehand !
You will just feel quite achy, heavy and uncomfortable
If you have the strapping on you will find it very tight and itchy !
But I think the strapping really does help you , mines off now and I feel lost without it.
You will probably find that you will get a sharp stabbing pain in one or both breasts, it’s completely normal but it’s just the nerve endings reconnecting , so don’t panic like I did !!
Plus – the incisions will feel sore! Think that as a positive I worried about all my pain but it just means they are healing !
I am so pleased with my healing one week post op!
Also I have more swelling in my left side but it’s completely normal that they develop in different times !
