Online portal

I have a consultation next weekend but when trying to log in to the portal to upload my photos etc it’s saying I need to call to set up a log in. When I call I can’t get through so I’ve requested a call back and still not heard anything. Does anyone know if there’s a way I can log in or contact someone? Thanks in advance

I’ve created my account but as the video online shows how to sort the portal with pictures and info but it’s a different lay out on mine and doesn’t have the ‘tasks’ option how do I find it ? X
