Only 10 days to go before op! 485cc moderate or 510cc high profile?

Had my last consultation with dr Schiavone and medical just gotto go for bloods monday in my gp as nurse couldn’t do it yestoday and pay my last 600. Of my finance deposit friday and send my contract for finance of tomoz! I cant decide if i should go for the 485 moderate or 510 high profile tho , i loved the biggest in the bra but not sure if i should as im already a 36 d im having a lift to and my areola reduced , has anyone started ogfg at a d and had 510 cc? Xxx
