Only one side has dropped after 11 weeks

I had 420cc breast implants under the muscle almost 11 weeks ago. My left side dropped after 3 days but my right side is still high and a different shape. Is this normal or should I be concerned? My right side was more swollen after surgery but I’m starting to worry it’s going to stay like this. Thanks for any advice xx

11 weeks? Maybe you should ask your dr.
I do know that one of my friend had to get different sizes for each breast.
My bra size was 36c. I got 495cc. I am at one week right now. My right side dropped more than my left side. So it seems like my right side is bigger than my left but I know I still have long ways to go to see my real results. I text my doctor on the second day and he said that they both will be the same but heal at different speed and just give it some time. My left side was bruised SUPER badly. Brusing on both boobies for me.

Thank you. Only just seen your reply. I’ve booked to see my surgeon on the 7th November. Really hoping I won’t need more surgery to correct it as my recovery was so painful. Hope you’re healing well xx
