I had my op yesterday at the first trust hospital in Preston, my admission time was 10 am, when I arrived I was quickly shown to my room and asked to put my gown on and do a urine sample, the nurse checked my blood pressure, did a pregnancy test, took my temp and went through a few questions, I wasn’t waiting much longer before the doctor came in and introduced himself followed by the anaesthetist and mr traynor, he drew on my and confirmed the sizes I was having he also explained that he might not be able to place them under the muscle as we arranged before and that they might have to go over the muscle instead then off he went , he then popped his head back in and said in be going down to theatre in 20 mins, at 11.20 the anaesthetist came and we walked to theatre, he put a cannula
In my hand and before I knew it I was waking up with boobs!!! I was back in my room by 2pm, the nurses were in and out checking on me, and brought me a cup of tea and toast, i wasn’t in any pain just abit achy so i managed to go to toilet myself and get myself dressed, the nurse nipped out to get my painkillers and anti biotics to take home with me and I was on my way back by 4pm.
I’m still not in a lot of pain it’s more of a full achy feeling I just keep taking the painkillers every 4 hours but sleeping upright is proving difficult 🙁
All in all it was a lovely experience and I’m so glad I finally have boobs!!!!!! I was around a 34 a/b before and Ended up with 300cc hp overs, I’ll try and attach a before and after, xxxx

Hi girls I’m getting mine done on Tuesday 5th April at the first trust hospital by Dr Traynor I’m so excited but getting a bit nervous now. The only thing I’m worried about is the pain afterwards and my chest feeling heavy. How bad is the pain and are you restricted to movement? I’ve got 2 children and I’m not the type of person to sit still and rest I need to be doing things x
