Op date with Mr Mounir on Monday 31st October

I have got an appointment with him on Thursday 6th October but been told he is really good i want my boobs to look as natural as possible i would like to go upto about 36/38C currently i am a small B if that would that they will get too big as i am trying to get away with nobody knowing i have had them done i know that will probably not work lol. Not sure what size implants i would need to achieve this would i be right in thinking 325 new to this?
